Weeknight BBQ Chicken Pizza

Pita Bread 
BBQ Sauce  
(Sidenote: can I just say that it is nearly impossible to find a 
decent BBQ sauce without High Fructose Corn Syrup?! Yikes. Any suggestions?)
Shredded Chicken
Thinly Sliced Red Onion
Shredded Jack Cheese
(Or if you're feeling particularly snazzy - Gouda is a great option.)

Directions: Spread pita with BBQ sauce; add a light layer of cheese, then red onion, shredded chicken, and more cheese. Broil for approximately 10 minutes (just keep an eye on it). Add chopped cilantro before serving.

This is one tasty pizza - especially when you're just home from work and the sun has been down for hours.
